Your concern is well founded in my opinion, I have a real nagging doubt about the business model being promoted. For example, when I do a search on a business I know is a client of BIG I cannot easily find any link to the BIG promotional video. The business referred to is Urban Woodfire Pizza & Bar. I can find plenty of other promotional material from other advertisers but not BIG.
I just wonder how sustainable the business model is when there is little visibility other than on the BIG Review TV site. You cannot sustain a business on telemarketing pressure alone, there has to be some measurable benefit to the customer that will cause them to renew year after year. I hope I am missing something?
I was also a little disappointed in the AGM Chairman and CEO presentations which were very light on facts and figures. As an example of what I would have expected check out APT meeting presentations.
