    The very reason why I have not accepted the offer.
    Worst case scenario is a compulsory accquisition but not having the shares to sell or the money, how does this help you?????
    I don't think they will get anywhere near the 90% even with an extension date for the offer. People are expressing their view of the "generous offer" so wonderfully supported by "our directors"?
