The stock peaked in the low 60;s for a few minutes but traded in the low fifties for a month or 2
Went to the 2007 AGM
Caught the lift up with the "mesiah" Phil Thomas
At the time there were about 110,000,000 shares on issue
They had some debt,convertible notes totalling about 12 million
ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS DILUTE BY 10% AND RAISE 40 MILLION AT 40 CENTS
PAY OF NOTES DEBT ETC AND HAVE TRUCKLOADS LEFT TO FINISH RINCOM SALAR MINE
Thomas came up with a plan to not DILUTE
And the rest is history
To this day I regret not standing up and shouting from the rafters
Cap RAISE and get this thing funded
For what
10 percent diluted
Past board very shifty indeed
I traded it after that all the way down till Ann
SOLD RINCON SALAR FOR
WAIT FOR IT
22 MILLION DOLLARS
