    One interesting aspect is that I failed to submit a proxy form and did not attend the AGM yet the total amount of shares abstaining on Resolution 2 is less than my total shareholding... My shares were obviously voted for on my behalf, am I correct in assuming this is the default procedure for unactioned voting rights?
