    Agreed great job, but can you clarify the following list of announcements on costs and associated capital raisings.

    Pre Feas $132 million (2004) became Feas $174 million (2005), which became Final Feas $232million(2006), which became $295 million (2006) for Phu Kham.

    Are these over runs, inflation or expansions?
