Here's an interesting development. BGS raise $12 Million through (those faceless) institutional, professional and sophisticated investors - 31.7 Million shares @ $0.38c in two tranches, with the final tranche being released to market next Friday.

Oddly, the share price (opened at $0.445) is now only down 3.33% at $0.435, and holding steady. Hmm. Reminds me of another Li player who went through that recently, and the SP didn't retrace to the raise price as well. Hmm. Perhaps that's a sign of the level of heat that's still in the sector...? Not sure.

Disclosure: Holding. A little bit nostalgic. This was one of the first stocks I ever owned when I started trading a couple of years ago.
