Nobody responded to my concern, restated below so does that mean it is a valid concern and it is to be swept under the carpet. Or does it mean nobody can be bothered to do their homework other than to ramp this stock and hope for the greater fool game to play out.

Your concern is well founded in my opinion, I have a real nagging doubt about the business model being promoted. For example, when I do a search on a business I know is a client of BIG I cannot easily find any link to the BIG promotional video. The business referred to is Urban Woodfire Pizza & Bar. I can find plenty of other promotional material from other advertisers of this business but not BIG.
