Totally onesided
Surely after Resisting change after taking one course for 8 years on a $400,000 salary that is totally out of whack for such a small company it is time for trying a different approach.
But according to other posters here that have had direct conversations there is no attempt to change from previous course
Which was totally un-sustainable.
You cannot keep paying one or two directors triple the company income.
