These both amount to dilution - it doesn't matter how they phrase it.

I find it interesting that back when the US Investor presentation was released, many members here ridiculed other well-intention posters who suggested that the presentation is a precursor to Eden canvasing the US market for capital. Now the story is confirmed and dilution is all but announced. The story is being spun off as a positive.

To those who are uncertain. Capital raising = dilution = you own less of the company = the share price often (but not always) goes down.
