You believe the earth is not expanding? I thought it was because one must dig for old civilisations. Even the concrete path you put in your garden twenty years ago is noticeably lower today. It makes sense that as vegetation grows, dies and disintegrates making mulch which eventually turns into soil, the world expands slightly.
