I'll bet if the SP was 11c now they would have been seeking shareholder approval to increase it to 30% and issue all shares.
Not only have directors been somewhat dodgy with their share sales but they have also cut back the SPP in order to minimise dilution of their remaining holdings.
It is nice to see directors so willing to look after the shareholders interests....NOT.
