JM said he never comments at board meetings, he is always behind the scenes unless to provide information on demand, but he was taking he extraordinary step of making a comment on his own initiative.
Covering politeness does not describe this. He was stepping out of his personal comfort zone to signal his extreme dismay at the result, and to praise AS.
Nothing could be clearer. It's appalling that nobody cared to report his comments except me.
Nobody has challenged my record of this. It's something they simply didn't want to compute. It doesn't fit the narrative.
