@Croc16. I started a post "Valuation" to develop that very question. You wrote"anyone with 1/2 a brain and a calculator can see where this will will be". I don't think you commented on that thread. In fact non of the regulars debated or proved the figures correct or incorrect. Disappointing I was hoping for some robust opinions, which in turn could have helped us all. Which either means they have no idea of the value and have only fallen in love with the idea, or they don't know how to value it. So I am genuinely interested in your valuation.
