The answer to your question was in my last reply, one of the recent IR replies to @huntfish (I think it was) stated they were scaling back on all marketing etc until they have put in place the deeper carrier integration that's required to run the more profitable OverPass solution properly.

I just hope they keep putting out a couple of offers a week to keep the near 1 Million users already onboard, onside and don't lose them, given the cost of acquiring them in the first place.
