    Dear Dolcevita,

You are truly too busy composing your substantial tones to actually read or care about what actually occurred at the AGM and what was reported.

I was the one who gave the summary of the meeting which clearly included the following "Alan Studley spoke about his feelings and concerns and then Joe Maeji explaned why he stayed away from Board participation and then gave a warm thank you to him for his honesty and commitment." So your statement is actually not true with the view that no-one listed or recorded Joe's comments.

However that is not the real elephant in the room here or on the day of the AGM.

The Chairman had prior knowledge of the cast proxies and he knew that Mr Studley was comprehensively voted out. It is common practice in such meetings for the meeting to see the votes cast to that point by way of a projected slide - that has always occurred in the past at these meetings. Ask yourself why Mr Bouris resigned before the meeting - he was gone by votes from shareholders. Saving him the embarrassment of a public dismissal he resigns and the votes do not show on the public record.

In this case one would have to ask why the Chairman did not show the proxy results, why he called for a show of hands, why My Studley sat at the Board table and then the Chairman spat his dummy comprehensively when I asked for us to be given the proxy numbers. In my opinion it appears it was an attempt to whitewash the popular vote of shareholders.

This is a breach of his duty as chair of the meeting - at that meeting he represents all shareholders in that capacity and did not exercise that duty. When he sat down in a huff and called to close the meeting then later asked for questions was just a fit of pique.

You were adamant that an EGM was required some months ago before your sabbatical from Hot Copper, would you please put your legal hat on and investigate whether the Chairman should not be reported to ASIC or at the very least be asked to resign.

We all want a better result from this Company but this type of behaviour by the Chairman is not what puts commercial focus at the forefront.
