At the AGM Richard said they are currently doing 250 week. Targeting to ramp that up to 1500 week over the next 12 Months.

Annualised we are looking at the following numbers

1500 week @ $4000 ARPU - $6M week or - $312M per year

$312M revenue
35% Margin = $110M
OH of $15M
Tax - $28M

NPAT = $67M

EPS - 40 cents

PE of 23 - $9.20 Per share

Currently ARPU is $7500 so feel its a conservative valuation

Conclusion - NO BRAINER HOLD OR ACCUMULATE AT $4
