Making great headway at the moment. Would love a cap raise to fund further fitout if they are selling space faster than anticipated. Just a side note, the no 1 player in the world is obviously equinix, different valuations in different markets but they are currently sitting on a market cap of around 36 billion with a Pe of 150. Compare to NXT market cap of 1.6billion and a Pe of 80. Interesting
