It's unlikely the Tom and Jay will be able to thwart a takeover, they just keep blowing hot air around the state hoping to keep the wind generators spinning.
The feds may have some sway with FIRB and national security though
I would hope a TO does not occur, STO has turned the corner and keeps looking better and better for the long term. It would be a shame if the company was sold so soon after management did the hard yards to breath life into the company.
PBG was sold too soon after it recovered and that annoyed me no end.
