"WPL may have encouraged BP to join them" quite possible STH. The big picture is huge for this region and countries will be looking for future guarantee of supply and the relationship between CNE & BP is entrenched.
Must be very uncertain times with all the majors flying around bumping into each other in he data room.
Especially with FAR also having a business arrangement with WPL's biggest end user.
Yep things are hotting up in Senegal and The Gambia and the reserves upgrade could be the reason.
