sam is a big shareholder. he wouldnt hve given them the all clear to proceed with the takeover, if it wasnt going to be good for him too.

while vaa are at 81 canadian they did just raise their 19million at 90c canadian, which im sure would have a good chance of being returned to post vaa completing the acquisitions it is in the process of.

it could be selling off like you say, because it will be "too hard". but im just not 100% on that
