There's no leak; Vocus just pitched their NZ business to Vodafone NZ and Spark New Zealand. Google it;

Vocus has made its first pitch to potential buyers, telling tyre-kickers that its New Zealand unit was a highly profitable standalone business with $NZ342 million revenue in the year to June 30 and $NZ60.9 million in underlying earnings.
In a teaser document sent to potential trade and private equity buyers, Vocus said 61 per cent of its New Zealand sales came from broadband products, while voice (16 per cent) and fibre and ethernet (13 per cent) made up the bulk of the rest.
Vocus said there were "numerous near-term growth opportunities" among both its government and enterprise customer base, and was focused on automation, productivity and bundling to improve financial performance.

Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs bankers made the pitch on behalf of the $1.9 billion ASX-listed telecommunications company late last week.

Interested parties were told formal sale documents were due out next month, with Vocus seeking a deal well before its June 30 financial year end.

Tyrekickers have already been told Vocus is seeking well north of $500 million for the unit. Proceeds are pegged to pay down debt and help pay for the development of its Australia-Singapore Cable.
