The other point to remember in conjunction with the fact he refused a blood test is his famous runner from a booze bus a while ago. So on one occassion he goes to the effort of running and swimming away from the cops (leaving his missus in the car) and recently he point blank refuses to take the test.
The inference one must take is that he has something serious to hide.
