Even before the volante acquisition the financial performance was poor, so no one can say it's s short term problem and a turn around is eminent. Buyers could do a westpac on rams and buy the good bits and leave the rest of the carcass rotting for shareholders. Any full bid is buying the enormous debt also, so I don't see any value in the share price at all.
