You really think giving the company directors cash bonuses is worse than giving them shit load of shares that they can do anything with at any time "REALLY" and diluting
Cash bonus in my eyes would be a much better result less shares on market and they will thrive to meet there share price target that would work out much better and SP would rise much quicker.
