actually it is not size of trade, it is size of the stock. Large Caps are Tier 1, mids T2 etc.

All this means is it was a pre-arranged trade with at least 1 buyer and 1 seller. Is very common when a broker matches buyers and sellers and arranges the trade prior to entering into the system.

Could be Ian Tetro, or IFM P/L (Holders large enough to sell that many shares) getting out - or could be any other reasons, such as being related to new share placement several weeks ago.
