    Alan, my understanding is that you can indeed refuse a random breath test. Will you be arrested.. sure. In fact i can remember a Judge doing just that. Police can then take you into custody and give you a blood test (court order needed?? not sure). Any Lawyers out there can state the correct proceedure.

    This is why I asked earlier, once Cousins was arrested, was a Blood test subquently done? Surely if he was arrested, it would have been easy for the Police to get a court order to force him to give a blood test? Is he still being tested weekly by the AFL? There are so many questions to be asked.
