    Rupert, there will be no dilution unless they are exercised. The dilution will be offset by the 70 million dollars in the companies accounts. The 1 for 8 2010 options will give immediate benefit to fpo holders as they will be tradable. If political unrest continues further capital raisings could deffinately cause far more dilution.

    Rupert, give a balanced analysis and stop dribbling all the BS.
