    If he had something to hide then even more reason to refuse the blood test imo.

    if he strongly believed he had no drugs (prohibited) on him then why take a blood test??
    You dont have to do anything a cop asks you to do unless they can prove they had good reason for asking u to do so.

    In this case it seems they thought they had good reason, unfortunately it now seems they really didnt, so if anything BC made the correct decision and the cops didnt do their job properly.

    As for cousins and chick being picked up at the same time in different places, it was an absolute setup and they really haven't found much , find more in a young guys wallet going out on a friday night.

    Its now worked out very well for BC, no bloodtest, no prohibited drugs, except a $20 note with "alledged MDMA" on it, good luck proving its his.
