Copernicus capex is manageable, control of UMC is worth far far more than getting Copernicus over the line...
once the deeps are better understood then even a small shareholders only raising (4m?) will leave the UMC stake where it should be. Each knock on the big red door will just be re-inforcing how valuable UMC is now.

Amazing how THX's stake is now better appreciated here on HC.. seems to me just a week ago.. THX "had their own thread"..
