as for your unqualified comment - "I would be surprised if any institutions will be interested in backing a CR at this rate. They want winners not losers." - what a ridiculous remark - you should be ashamed!!

"Maybe banks will back MNS? We will look into that possibility shortly..." - unless you have the information that banks will be getting rather than assuming then IMO you will be on dangerous ground.
