I am still waiting for you to tell us what other site can take the PASS that will be on offer (legally) and operating in an all weather and 24/7 .

I don't expect I'll get an answer to this as I have asked it many times and you have never gone close to answering it.

Anyway it seems PASS is still a while away thanks to government's organizational skills
