nothing has changed?
ARU has turned the world upside down.
They use escalating prices in their PFS. And even the starting point of their calculation is by no means conservative.
Have never ever seen that in a "conservative" PFS before.
Ok, of course i forgot, it is one of its kind....., chance of a lifetime...., therfore normal valuations does not apply....., the future will bring paradise....etc.
Seems i've often heard that kind of talk before, yeah, yeah, yeah....
