Missed my 2 attempts to top up today as only 23k got filled at 6.7c before it shoot up, was trying to amend my order but directshares kept giving me error message ‘not enough fund’ even if there was enough to cover the higher price, then I’ve put another $15k to buy a separate 200k at 7.1c but got error message again. Getting so sick and tired of St.George direct shares, did anyone have the same problem with directshares today. Am ready to fire them
Also Their system still shows my lpdr even if these were converted 2 weeks ago to lpd as well, all sort of problem with these guys.
If there’s anyone from direct shares reading this, you better explain as you’re not answering our emails, and the big shots at hc reading this will leave you in droves
