Wow breathtaking acquisition. expected $6.9m MC with net assets exceeding $4m (what you mean the cash you just raised)......$2.9m EV upon listing......for what exactly? A rental hire company that started 9 months ago and is renting the equipment that it then plans to rent out. haha.
