Based on reports in the West today Cousins has been told by his lawyer to look at legal action against the AFL, Eagles and Police.
Eagles have sacked Cousins something I believe they had no option in at the time.
In doing so Eagles have prevented any major problems with the AFL
Cousins now sues to be reinstated Eagles have no option but to reinstate him and the AFL can not punish the Eagles for doing something they are ordered or on legal opinion will be ordered to do.
whole thing is over Cousins back playing where he should and the AFL can concentrate on the real problem clubs like Hawthorn
