They have been paying themselves for years and have basically put everything on hold, no activity for years...I think they might wait til they hold 100% - Dodgy is the best word I can find ATM, however for someone looking to enter at this SP might be something in it, they will have to come out with their plan eventually, yesterdays buying clearly a signal.
