I never expected that CAT would speed up the process.

I did expect that CAT would help influence the process to be of higher quality.
As with all things to do with Technology......
There are only three types of attributes you can have in any product (software or hardware).
Quality, Faster, Cheap.
But you can only pick a maximum of 2 and reality is often you often only end up with 1 of those attributes.

Some people on Hot Copper are wanting Faster.
CAT will focus on helping with Quality.
The directors will [hopefully] be wanting to meet the expectations of the market while managing the cash burn to both to avoid Cheap and at the same time have funding left over for what comes immediately after Hadrian X begins to be produced.

It is a long game people.
Be patient.
