    SP3

Yes the article confirms what we already know about Uran. They can't spell anything out in simple terms.

If the article has a message it is imo that the instability that 'may' have contributed in part or total to the delays looks like coming to an end.

The article itself as you point out SP3 doesnt appear to have relevance to Uran.

But for the company to put it on their website means 'they themselves' see this as a monumental step forward regarding final acquisition of these two projects.

If this is the case then its conceivable to suggest Ukraine developments could be within the next month.

In conclusion a random article that seems to having nothing to do with Uran in fact has everything to do with it.

My research backwards and forwards on Ukraine suggests the 2 projects are economically feasible and 'again' based on the companies past comments, production is likely in 2008 if acquired in the coming months.

    The KISS principle applies:
Acquire projects in 2007. Production in 2008.

All the other projects imo that Uran are looking at are years out...with the exception of Pribram waste dumps odf course.
Ukraine has always been the near term production opportunity. THE primary production target. The gravy train so to speak.

The acquisition of these projects will change the sentiment towards Uran literally overnight.

If we dont get Ukraine (or Pribram) we become explorers...albeit looking for advanced operations.

    But nevertheless 'explorers'.
