If you had intentions of picking up shares cheaply, would you be interested in promoting the company by way of fixing up the website.... Answer: No!!

So the directors i.e. Angus Edgar and Andrew Metcalf had no intention of fixing the website until they (hoped) to get these resolutions passed!

Better for them to leave the old website languishing, out of date and uninformative to the market, share price continues to languish as a result, with a few helpful drops at the end of day (wonder who was doing that??). Wonder how many shares Angus' father still has now?

End result.... price sits around the 2.5c mark and existing director gets to have a creamy handout with FREE (no incentive) options.

This can and in my estimation WILL be stopped. Watch this space!

We will look after Richard in good time! The company needs to propose an attaching option with a price fixed to incentive. Hell... I'll borrow $500k to get that sort of deal. Who wouldn't. Do the maths. Options are currently trading at 1.8 but even if you call it 1.5, that means your cost of the shares is around 1c per share.

And they didn't need a gun to rob us. Read between the lines and see if I'm not right.

Oh... and let's not forget who is a director of Melbourne Capital Limited who are getting a commission for ripping us off!

Don't get mad.. get even. They can't vote on this but we can. They don't own 50% of the company! This is one time they may not get away with it. Between us we have some substantial clout.
