David Frances & Francis Wedin created their own cobalt company, completing diligence on this while Sepeda is falling through the cracks.

So this is what we are paying these guys to do, our money is paying for them to set up new companies. If this is true its shambolic and they need to put these cobalt projects through NLI or walk away from the board.

If they lose Sepeda these guys need to take full responsibility, we should not be in this predicament.
