elixinol doesn't open its IPO to general public, right?, page-13

Like the prospectus, but correct me if I'm wrong fully diluted the shares on issue will be 105million, with the original shareholders retaining quite a large amount.. approx 82 million shares. I feel there may be the initial sell off before consolidation so will wait. After all with those 105 million shares at around a dollar is quite a large market cap..
