This company is looking down the barrel of some major heavy weight acquisitions in extremely "hot sectors". They will have approx $2.0mill at bank to progress them....sure there's the low issue price to consider and sell down potential and so on but a spec's a spec's......and this story is shaping a lot like the much maligned AUZ from back in its heyday.....I'm sure we all want to see a similar transition....and here's news......VIC is in that transition......Mgt are progressing this well seeing as how its only just been announced....in fact where would it be without these recent announments?

So to all those who are bagging on mgt give it a rest. They just pulled an ace. And to those who are saying the companies ann's are "mindless drivel" and have "no substance" or are "not reasonably solid" I say read em again come back and quantify your assertions.......   

Sure recent performance ain't been great but HUGE spikes very often see sizable retracts afterward....but i don't need to tell people that right?

And @Tcb007 the cap structure post acquisition will be 1.342 bill FPO with 662mill options.  Think your figure of 2 bill on issue has been derived from adding the two together.
