It's exactly what it is Dr, "Horrible" your comment pretty much explains it all. "greedy directors/big investors want to get a bigger piece of the pie at a much cheaper than market prices" certainly does constitute such a response. I respect all the info you've posted and was heavily invested here up until the UNNECESSARY dilution at such a low price. The fact of the matter is, if they're so confident in delivering their product within their proposed timeline, a future CR (if required) at a much more respectable price would have been welcomed and accepted by everyone including myself.
