    So no placement hey.

    I suppose they might borrow the funds although I can not see a bank lending money on a project that hasn't been proven to work on ELK old oil field.

    I guess if there is no placement maybe they could rob a bank or two lol?

    ELK will have to do a placement just to begin the CO2 flood funding costs.
