Back to Mr Leedman's presentation on September, He said" These hospitals already signed up to do the study again" and "That study is going to commence this Nov."
But now, it's already end of the Nov and we haven't get any one of IRB approvals. My question is: If all these hospitals decided to redo the study on Sep, why take so long to get IRB approval? so me think there must be some problems between RAP and these hospitals or maybe they will delay the SMARTC STUDY to next year.
