Sorry PC43, but your Aussie parochialism is showing through. The money could be borrowed in the US, say a bank in Wyoming - one thats experienced with the oil industry? So, just saying ELK would be unable to get a loan from a bank is just that - a parochial remark - since our banks wouldn't look at it because their hopeless and gutless.
