According to the 'head and shoulder' pattern, we already had the left shoulder and the head.

Left shoulder: high volume rising price
Valley between the left shoulder and head: low volume decreasing price
Head: High/normal volume rising price
Valley between the head and left shoulder: low volume decreasing price

= The right shoulder is to be expected with rising price and high volume


The neckline is 1.7 cents and anything close to it is buy. I bought some yesterday at 1.8 cents.
