This company still has a lot of potential imo. I’m not just saying that because all I’m seeing is red at the moment in my portfolio but we need to take a look at the bigger picture. No one likes to see the SP drop a point every day. In hindsight it did go up 1500% in a short period of time and I think fair value is still 1 cent given its future prospects. Having said that the management need to consider us SH when they considered issuing those 830 million shares. Imo if it was voted through and they went ahead before the exchange is up and running it would be catastrophic to the SP. I’m all for performance shares issued as milestones are achieved and their Soar coins offloaded in exchange for a stake in the company and to cover business expenses and wages.
