Raise was at 36c for $2.8M - this is going to be a red hot play. The company doesn’t need the funds, they have $3.3M cash. This raise is to get the insto set who has been manipulating it IMO, and as they pointed out:-

“Accelerate development and commercialisation of the Remote Gas Detection Camera Technology”

They are rumoured to be partnering with a major O&G player for their leak detection technology



Anything under 40c should get taken quickly as apparently raise was oversubscribed big time

I expect this will hammer now the market have it confirmed from the company the gas leak detection is a go !
