Another good announcement,although maybe not the "ripper" that we were all expecting but nonetheless the story is better and better.The reason for the TH was that they were caught by surprise upon receipt of the drill results and as too many people at access to them they had to do the right thing and call a TH.

I just spoke to Peter Ironside who said that CC and the team think at an "intuitive guess" they probably have at least 225koz and a 5-6yr mine life.I don't think this takes into account the fire assays and of course they have plenty more drilling to do and they are waiting on RD and also Maxwells which was mentioned.Actually Maxwells could surprise on the upside.After that there's the Mt Monger Project.This figuire is on the conservative side so 300 may not be of the question.They are now moving the drill rig south at SC and with all thats going on we can expect many drill results being released over the next 2 months.

The real significance of this announcement is that it clearly shows that the deposit at SC is very long,wide and shallow making it great for open pit mining.It will enable IGR to extract the gold on a much lower cost basis so margins will be higher.

As far as Barrick and Borthanna/Allendale are concerned they are still waiting on their quarterly report which should arrive soon however he doesn't expect anything much to happen till about December.But thats ok can't have everything happening at once.Would be a nice Xmas present if they found something there in December!

Todays SP action was also encouraging as it finished near the high of the day and didn't get sold down like other times.Technically we are in open space now and I'd say we are headed to 38-40c fairly soon and then probably 50c.It gapped up today from 30.5 to 32c and it will be interesting if this is filled in the next 3 days or its a continuation gap and it keeps heading higher.If so it will catch a lot of people out expecting its normal pullback.
